October 28, 2010 — Bernie Franckel, who heads Microsoft’s partner hosting and cloud sales in the UK, said at Parallels EMEA Partner Forum in London that we’re currently in a period where businesses can get greater value out of their IT infrastructure, and where companies without capital, nor expertise, will be able to have their own IT services.
